This note covers information submitted through the Spicyzen pledge and newsletter forms on this website.
What we collect
The pledge form asks for your name and email address. Affiliation and a personal message are optional. You can separately choose whether your name may be shown in a future public list. The newsletter form collects your email address.
How we use it
We use pledge information to record your commitment and understand who is joining the movement. Newsletter emails are used to send project updates, reflections, and gathering invitations. Your email address and message are not displayed publicly.
Public names
Giving permission does not mean your name is currently published. It only records your choice for a possible future public list. We will not display names without that permission.

To ask about, correct or request deletion of a pledge, email neurospicynetwork@cbsstudents.dk.
Controller details and an approved retention period will be added when they are confirmed. Until then, contact us directly with any privacy request.
